At Selune, each order is carefully created and prepared with attention to detail 🤍

Due to the nature of our products, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect model selection
  • Accidental orders

Please ensure you select the correct phone model before placing your order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item

If approved, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
